Prof. Ram M Kamath (Technical Director - Structural Engineering)
Total of 45 years of experience of which 18 years as professor of Structural Engineering, Teaching Undergraduate and Postgraduate students at University of Bombay and 18 years as Executive Engineer (Marine outfall, sewerage, water supply projects, building construction, planning and design departments) in Bombay Municipal Corporation. He was Technical Advisor in Structon Consultants for Prestress Concrete, Bridge Design and also Designer of Steel Bridge for Railways.

- B.E Civil Engineering (First Class Honors) VJTI – University of Mumbai, 1970.
- M.E Structures (First Class First with Distinction) VJTI – University of Mumbai, 1980.
- Course on “Design of Offshore Structure” conducted by IIT Bombay.
- Certificate for participation in “Renewal Energy and community development” organized by Energy of system engineering IIT Bombay under the network for renewal energy research for build environment and technology transfer between European Union Republic of India.
- Life member of “Indian Society of Technical Education” (LM 8398).
A.G.Diwadkar (Sr. Consultant)
A civil engineer from the prestigious VJTI, Mr. A.G. Diwadkar went on to get his Masters in structures from the same institute. He has been associated with known names like STUP and D.S.Shenoy. His experience spanning more than 40 years has seen him work on a repertoire of high profile projects; Bunker Silos, Sewage Treatment Plants, Bridges, Flyovers, Effluent treatment Plants, Chimneys & Steel Vessels, Industries, Power Plants et al. He also has had the rare honour of having worked on prestigious projects like ‘Princess Street Flyover’, Bridge over ‘River Shong Thong’. helicopter factory at Banglore, Cassion foundation for Reserve bank of India(Mumbai), Coal Mill for Modi Cement Ltd and many others. Presently he is in charge of training and assisting our design engineers.
Abhijeet Phaterphekar (Associate Structural Engineer)
A civil engineer from Mumbai University Abhijeet has been an integral part of the company from day one. With an experience of more than 8 years to his credit, he has fashioned varied projects; Malls, Townships, Multistoried buildings, factories, Hotels & engineering colleges. He spear headed our project ‘Dheeraj Dreams’ a mega township which was completed in record time of 14 months. Presently working on projects like RNA Royal Grande Township comprising of a 50 storied tower, 35 and 27 storied tower buildings. He is also associated with mega structure projects like Radisson Hotel in Mumbai and others on the same lines like ‘DB Mall’, ‘Mihan Township’ and various other projects. He is well versed with software packages like ETAABS, STAAD, and STRUDS.
Bapu Bharitkar (Sr. Design Engineer)
Bapu pursued his graduation in Civil engineering from the College of Engineering, Pune and later on did his Masters in Structural Engineering from the prestigious Sardar Patel College of Engineering. He is well versed with software packages like STAAD, STRUDS and ETAABS. He has also headed projects like ‘NeelKamal factory’ & ‘DB Press factory’. He is currently working on prestigious projects like the TAJ Hotel at Nagpur and various other projects like ‘Empress Mill & township’ comprising of Malls, Hotels and Residential Towers.
Shrikant Hete (Sr. Projects Coordinator)
Skrikant heads the PMC and NDT division of our company. He completed his graduation in civil engineering from Mumbai University and has a field experience of 8 years. He has been associated with prestigious projects like ‘Dheeraj Dreams’ Township and ‘Radisson Hotel’. He has achieved mastery in using all our NDT equipments like Ultrasonic Pulse velocity machine, Schmidt’s Hammer, Pile integrity testing machine, Flaw detector, Thickness Gauge and Bar Locator. His core responsibility calls for ensuring proper quality and timely execution of our projects across various domains. Other skill sets ; expertise in handling Project Management Software’s like Prima Vera and MS Project.
